Br. it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt L. he
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Commissioners of Seat Lake City
does hereby levy the tax and provide for the assessment of the earn
upon the property hereinafter described in 2aving :District Ho. 32,
and in Sidewalk District No. 44, for the purpose of providing for
the grading, guttering and curbing thereof, constructing dreinage
system across intersections, and laying cement sidewalks thereon,
to-wit:
In Lots 30, and 1 to 25, inclusive, flock 1; 1, 2, 0 and 56,
and 20 to 48, irelusive, Block 2, Douglas Park Second Addition,
Block 30, Five Acre Plat "C", Big 2ield Survey, abutting on both
sides of Gilmer Avenue between. Fourteenth East and Fifteenth East
Streets; on the north side of Herbert Avenue between kRx± Fourteen h
East. end Fifteenth Lost Streets; sad on the east idle of Fourteent
East Street between Jilmer and herbert Avenues.
This tax is levied to defray the epense of gradi4g, :,yutterin:

and vitrified pipe ten (10) inches in diameter, and laying cement

1912, and the Trensurer is. hereby authorized and directed to asses-,
in accordance with the provisions of this ordinsnce, for the par-
pore herein mentioned:
The south side of Lots 30, and 1 to 25, inclusive, block 1;
the north side of Lots 28 to 48, inclusive, tare south side of Lots
1, 2 and 56, the south side of the east 14.58 feet of Lot 3, the
west side of Lots 20 to 28, inclusive, Block 2, liouL;los Bark
Second. Addition, -Bloch 30, Five Acre Plat "C", Big Iteld Survey,

deoth of twenty-five (25) feet back from said streets, ond to
collect said tax.
SECTIOK 2. Said tax shall become and bo delincueut in five
equal yerrly imstallmonts, with interest on the whole sum unpaid
at the rate of six per cent per annum, payable at the time each
installment is due, to-omit: One-fifth thereof one year after the.

ordinance confirming the levy of the tax for the payment for such
improvement becomes effective; one-fifth thereof in two years after •
said ordinance becomes effective; one-fifth thereof in three years
after said ordinance becomes effective; one-fifth thereof in four
years after said ordinance becomes effective; and one-fifth there-
of in five years after said ordinance becomes effective. One or
more of said installments, in the order in which they are payable,
or the whole specie.l tax, be paiC, at any Lime-within thirty
days after the ordinance confirming the levy of the tax heoer,es
effective, without interest. In the event of any installment or
the interest aforesaid not being paid on the date the same becomes
due, the whole amount of the special tax unpaid at the time said
installment and ioterect are due, shall become due and payable,
and shell draw interest at ,or cent per annum
until the "sale of the property assessed; provided, one or more
installment:, in the order y are payable, or. the whole
special tax unpaid, may be paid e n the day any installment becomes
due, by paying the amount thereof and interest to said date.
