That the Board of Commissioners of Seat Lake City does hereby levy the tax and provide for the assessment of the earn upon the property hereinafter described in 2aving :District Ho. 32, and in Sidewalk District No. 44, for the purpose of providing for the grading, guttering and curbing thereof, constructing dreinage system across intersections, and laying cement sidewalks thereon, to-wit: In Lots 30, and 1 to 25, inclusive, flock 1; 1, 2, 0 and 56, and 20 to 48, irelusive, Block 2, Douglas Park Second Addition, Block 30, Five Acre Plat "C", Big 2ield Survey, abutting on both sides of Gilmer Avenue between.
