Hereafter all fruits and vegetables bought or sold or offered for
sale within the cepc:rate limits of 2,..1t Lake City, 01,111 be bought reld
exclusively by rvoirillipola weiht, Two Thousand (2000) Pounds to the ton,
One Lured (100) :?oands per inixdxstitxxstgat Carr; sixteen (16) warden
to the Pon .d.; provided thet fruits end vegetrbles may be sold in orginel
unbroken piteltages per paoknge; or by count or bunch. •

Any person, Firm or Corporation selling or offerinc. for sz.,-.1e in .-ny
ner except herein provided shall be deemed guilty of misdemeanor, and
stril be fined in any sum not leas then Ten Dollars or more th-n One
ikeileired Delp:re, or be confined in the City Jail not ex,00eding thirty
Darys, or may be punished by both such fine .nd imprisonment fbr each md
every offence. -
