An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property her - inafter described on both sides of Gilmer Avenue between Fourteent• East and Fifteenth East Streets; on the north side of Herbert Ave- nue between Fourteenth East and Fifteenth East Streets; and on the east side of Fourteenth East Street between Gilmer and Herbert Avenues, in Paving District No. 32, and in Sidewalk District No. 44, for the purpose of providing fox the grading, guttering and curbing thereof, constructing drainage system across intersections, •and laying cement sidewalks thereon._ Be it ordained by the 'Board of Commissioners of •Sa .t'Take City, Utah; SECTION 1.
