AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Chapter 10 of Title 42 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to subdivision
fees by ADDING a new Section 5.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 10 of Title 42 of the Revised Ordin-
ances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to subdivision fees
be amended by ADDING a new Section 5, be, and the same hereby is
as follows:
Sec. 42-10-5. Subdivision fees. The engineer shall
charge and the city treasurer shall collect the following
fees:
1. Subdivision checking fee $ 5.00 per lot
minimum charge 50.00
2. Subdivision engineering
design field surveying and
inspection fee 8% of the /
estimated cost of the public .... =
improvement.
3. Mainline sewer extensions,
engineering design, field
surveying and inspection fee
8% of estimated cost.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect 30 days after
its first publication.
