An ordinance repealing an ordinance levying a tax upon the prop-

erty on all the streets within the district bounded on the north by
the north line of Fifth South Street, on the east by the west line o
lEast Temple Street, on the south by the center line of ninth South
Street,- and on the west by the west line of Second West Street, in
Sewer District No. 2, 4 :_ the construction of sewers, passed by the
City Council October ,22„-1908 and approved by the Mayor;October 25,
1906; also'repealing an 'Ordinance confirming the assessment upon the
!property-in the above[district, passed by the City Council November
119; 1906,`and approve . by the Mayor November 20, 1906::

SECTION 1. Thetan. ordinance levying a tax upon the property on

SECTION 2. That an ordinance confirming the assessment upon the
!property on all streets within the district bounded on the north by
the north line of Fifth South Street, on the east by the west line of
East Temple Street, on the south by the center line of Ninth South
Street, and on the west by the west line of Second West Street, in
Sewer District No. 2, for the construction of sewers, passed by the
City Council November 19, 1906, and approved by the Mayor November
I20, 1906, be, and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
