Be it ordained by the City Coancil of Bit Lake City, Utrh;
SECTIOIT 1. That the City Council does hereby levy the tsx and
provide for the assessment of the same ujon the yroprty heroinefter
desdribed in Sidewalk Districts lion. 5, 15, 20, 21, 31, 40 and 4-1, for
the construction of cement sidewalks, to-wit;

This tax is levied to defray the expense of conStructinr cement
sidewalks upon the property hereinbefore .-'ad hereinafter described to

hereby adjudged, determined end established t-eet said property will
be especially benefited thereby to the full .:count of the tax hereby
levied, and said parcels of land Ere hereby assessed at an equal and
uniform rate in accordance with the linear foot rcnta.P'e upon said
