TAX for the assessment of property on Gilmer Drive between Tsel£th and Fourteenth 'East Streets, on Twelfth East Street between Ninth South Street and Gilmer Drive, on Thornton Avenue between Gilmer Drive and Fourteenth East Street, and on Douglas Street between Gilmer Drive and Yale avenue, in Sidewalk'District No. 40 (Sidewalk 11ctension No. 202), for the purpose of constructing concrete sidewalks. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lal,a City, Utah: SECTION I. That the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City does hereby levy the tax and provide for the assessment of the same upon the property hereinafter described in Sidewalk District No. 40 (Sidewalk Extension No. 202), for the purpose of constructing concrete sidewalks, to-wit: In Lots 27, 28 and 29 of Block B, Gilmer Pk. amended Blk. 17-A, 5 AA; plat of Blk.
