Result AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property here-
inafter described on the west side of Highland Park Drive from 587
feet south of Twelfth South (now Twenty-first South) Street to
Ashton Avenue, in Sidewalk District No. 44, for the purpose of
providing for the grading, constructing cement sidewalk, and con-
structing concrete conduit for Jordan and Salt Lake Canal, the cost
of the construction of said conduit to be paid by Salt Lake City.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Commissioners
of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization and review, of
the property in Lots 1, and 5 to 7, inclusive, Block 3, Granite Sub-
division; 8, all in Block 46, Ten Acre Plat "A", Big Field Survey,
abutting on the west side of Highland Park Drive from Ashton Avenue
north to first angle point, in Sidewalk District No. 44, of Salt
Lake City, for the purpose of providing for the grading, constructing
concrete conduit for Jordan and Salt Lake Canal, the cost of the
construction of said conduit to be paid by Salt Lake City, and
constructing cement sidewalk upon said portion of said street is
hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and returned in said
completed list is hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day after
its first publication.
