Result j j AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon-the property
hereinafter described on Pugeley Street, which extends south
from Fourth North Street between Second West and Third West
Streets, and on Ouray Avenue, which extends west from Second
West Street between Third North and Fourth North Streets, in
Sewer District No. 2 (Sewer Extension No. 383) , for the
construction of sewers.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City
Treasurer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board
of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of
Equalization and review, of the property in Lots 1, 2, 3, 6, 7
and 8, Block 120, Plat "A", Salt Lake City Survey, abutting on
both sides of Pugsley Street, which extends south from Fourth
North Street between Second West and Third West Streets, and in
Ouray Avenue, which extends west from Seoond West Street between
Third North and Fourth North Streets, in Sewer District No. 2,
of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of constructing sewers upon
said portions of said streets, is hereby confirmed, and the
assessments made and returned in said completed lists are
hereby confirmed.
