nance passed by the Board of Commissioners on June 25, 1936, as
amended by an ordinance passed by the 1;oard of'bommiss_ioriers on
March 16, 1937, relating to zoning districts. .
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of. balt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Sectthpn 4709 of the Salt Lake City ,suiid-
ing Code, 1933 Edition, as amended by an ordinance passed by the
Board of Commissioners on Nov. 21, 1935, as amended by an or,.i.nen.ce
passed by the Poard. of Commissioners on June 25, 1936, as amended
by an ordinance passed by the board of Commissioners on March 16,
1.937, relating; to zoning districts, be and tie some is hereby amend-
ed sy adding in and to paragraph (B) thereof six new paragraphs de-
signated as Items 8, 9, 10, il_, 12 and 13 which shall read as fol-

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
first publication.
