AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 5 of CHAPTER VII OF THE
REVISED ORDINANCES OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, 1934, relating to the
division of dairy and milk inspection of the Board of Health, by
adding in and to said Chapter a new section to be known as Section
252X30.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Article 5 of Chapter VII of the Revised
Oddinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1934, relating to the division
of dairy and milk inspection of the Board of Health, be and the same
is hereby amended by adding in and to said Chapter a new section to
be known as Section 252X30, which shall read as follows:
SEC. 252X30. No person shall place into anyg, o tle
glass
or otherAreceptacle that is commonly used for the reception,
storage or delivery of milk or cream, any filthy or offensive
substance, or any refuse matter of any kind, or use any such bqy
bottle or receptacle for cooking or heating milk or cream or
any other substance.
No person shall throw, place or deposit any such glass
glass
bottle orAreceptacle in any container used for the reception of
garbage or rubbish; or wilfully or maliciously break or destroy
any such bottle or receptacle or use such bottle or receptacle
for any purpose other than a receptacle for milk or cream.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it
is necessary to the health, peace and safety of the inhabitants of
Salt Lake City that this ordinance take effect immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
