Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lurie City, Utah: SECTION L. That Section 1702 of an ordinance passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City on June 11, 1941, designated as bill No. 26, relating to zoning, as amended by ordinances adding thereto Items 1, 2 and 3, be and the same is hereby further amended by adding in and to said section a new paragraph to be known as Item 4, which shall read as follows: "ITEM 4. The following described real property now ' Zoned as Industrial, as shown on the Use District Map, is here- by'changed to Residentia193-2ldistrict classification, and the Use ' District Map is hereby amended and changed accordingly: Lots 2 to 22 incl. of Blk. 1, Richland Add., Blk. 10, 5-Acre Plat 'At; property lying between 17th South and Harris Ave., West Temple and 1st West Street. That said Use District Map is hereby changed and alter- ed to show the above described tract of land as a part of resi- dential 'B-2' District." SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately. SECTION 3.
