Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That the alleys located in the vicinity of 8th North and Cornell Streets, more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby are, vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, alley, avenue or pedestrian way: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 8, Block 37, Oakley Park, a Subdivision of a part of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 27, T. 1 N., R. 1 W., S.L.M.; thence South 163.0 feet; thence Northwesterly 11.0 feet, more or less, to the Southeast corner of Lot 9 of said Block 37; thence North 162.5 feet to the Northeast corner of aforesaid Lot 9; thence East 11.0 feet to the point of beginning.
