WHEREAS, petition has been made by all the owners of the land contained in said portion of Peach Grove Addition to vacate the same, to the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City; and WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City has considered said petition and is satisfied that neither the public nor any person will be materially injured by said vacation. NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That the lots, blocks, alleys and streets located in a portion of Peach Grove Addition, more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby are, vacated and said alleys and streets are hereby declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way: Beginning at a point which is the Southwest corner of Lot 46 of Block 2 of Peach Grove Addition, being a part of the North- east 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 15, T.1 S., R.1 W., Salt Lake Base and Meridian; running thence N. 89° 55' 56" E. 125.0 feet; thence N. 0° 04' 04" W. 469.0 feet; thence N. 89° 55' 56" E. 139.0 feet; thence N. 0° 04' 04" W. 115.0 feet; i . thence N 89° 55' 56" E. 8.0 feet; thence S. 0° 04' 04" E. 115.0 feet; thencezN. 89° 55' 56" E. 50.0 feet; thence N. 0° 04' 04" W. 115.0 feet; thence N. 89° 55' 56" E. 8.0 feet; thence S. 0° 04' 04" E. 115.0 feet; thence N. 89° 55' 56" E. 264.0 feet; thence N. 0° 04' 04" W. 115.0 feet; thence N. 89° 55' 56" E. 33.0 feet; thence S. 0° 04' 04" W. 617.0 feet; thence S. 89° 55' 56" W. 627.0 feet; thence N. 0° 04' 04" W. 33.0 feet to the point of beginning.
