(Eighth East Street, thence south along the center line of Eighth East

line of Herbert Avenue to the center of Windsor Street, thence south
along the center line of Windsor Street to e point 172.26 feet south
of the south aide of Herbert Avenue, thence east to the center of
(Ninth East Street, thence south along the center line of Ninth East
