AN ORDINANCE /AMENDING Title 37 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to sewer fees by ADDING a new Chapter
10.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Title 37 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt"Take
City, Utah, 1965, relating to sewer fees, be, and the same hereby;is
amended by ADDING thereto a new Chapter 10.
CHAPTER 10
SEWER FEES
Sections:
37-10-1. Fees.
Sec. 37-10-1. Fees. The engineer shall charge and the
city treasurer collect the following fees.
1. Excavation permit for utilities $ 2.00
2. Excavation permit for sewer & water 5.00
3. Uncover rough extra connection
inspection 10.00
4. Sewer and miscellaneous inspection 10.00
5. Storm sewer connection inspection 10.00
6. Sand trap inspection 5.00
7. Sewer repair inspection 10.00
8. Install sewer special wye 25.00
9. Trial sewer survey 25.00
10. Sewer survey 25.00
11. Re-survey for change sewer line
additional charge 20.00
12. Sewer connection charge shall be
based on a front foot 10.00 per
front foot
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect 30 days after its
first publication.
