An ordinance levying C tax end for the assessment of property
in the territory included between the center line of Fifth South
Street end the center line of Ninth South Street, end from the east
property line of Ninth East Street to the Reservation, in Sewer
District No. 1, for the construction of sewers.
Be it ordrm ed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
1City, Utah:
SECTION 1. Thet the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City
does hereby levy the tax end provide for the assessment of the
