Result
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described on Afth past Street between Tenth South and
Twelfth South Streets, and in Harvard, Herbert and Belmont Avenues,
and on Ninth South Street between West Temple and Fifth East Street,
in sewer districts Nos. 1 and 2, for the construction of sewers.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City
Treasurer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of
Commissioners of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization
and review, of the property in Lots 1 to 22, inclusive, Block 1,
Linden Park Subdivision; 1 to 20, inclusive, Block 1 Linden Park Sub-
division No.2; 10 and 11, Block 2 Linden Park Subdivision No. 2; 1
and 34 to 52, inclusive, Block 1 Harvard Place Subdivision; 9 and 13,
Block 21; 11 and 12, Block 22, all in Five-acre Plat "A", Big Field
Survey, abutting on the south side of Ninth South Street between
West Temple and alley east of State Street, the east side of State
Street and west side of Edison Street between Ninth South and Belmont
Avenue, and both sides of Belmont Avenue between Third East Street
and alley east of State Street, in Sewer District No. 2, of Salt Lake
City, for the purpose of constructing sewers upon said portions of
said streets, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and re-
turned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day after
its first publication.
