Result AN ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING the assessment upon the pro-
perty hereinafter described on Sixth South Street, llth to 12th
West Streets, Arapahoe Avenue, llth West to Concord Street,
llth West Street, 6th to 7th South Streets, Concord Street,
6th South to Arapahoe Avenue, 12th West Street, 6th South to
Arapahoe Avenue, in Sewer District No. 2, (Sewer Extension No.
377), for the purpose of constructing a sewer.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION I. That the assessment list made by the City
Treasurer as corrected, approved and Completed by the Board of
Commissioners of Salt Lama City, sitting as a Board of Equaliza-
tion and Review, of the property in Lots 159 to 170 incl., and
190 to 200 inol., Lots 1 to 16 incl., Lots 17 to 32 incl., Lots
33 to 48 inel., Lots 49 to 64 inol., Lots 65 to 80 incl. , Lots
81 to 96 incl., Lots 32, 33, 48, 17, 49 and 80 of Poplar Place
Sub., being a part of Sees. 2 & 3 of T. 1 S. R 1 W., S.L.B.M;
Lots 32 to 40 final., Lots 1 and 40 of Blk. 16, Poplar Grove Add.,
being a part of See. 11, T. 1 S. R. 1 W. S.L.B.& M., and commenc-
ing 66/ east and 1056' north from the S. E. Corner of Lot 1, Blk.
1, Poplar Grove Add., thence north 264', being a part of the
N.W.i of the N.W.* of Sea. 11, T. 1 S. R. 1 W. S.L.B. & M.,
Salt Lake City Survey, abutting on both sides of 6th South Street,
11th to 12th West Streets, Arapahoe Avenue, llth West to Concord
Street, llth West Street, 6th to 7th South Streets, Coneord
treet, 6th South to Arapahoe Avenue, 12th West Street, 6th Sou
o Arapahoe Avenue, in Salt Lake City, for the purpose of
