Result AN ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHANTER 23 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1920, relating to explosives and combusti- bles, by adding thereto a new section to be known as Section 1137. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION I. That Chapter 23 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1920, relating to explosives and combustibles, be and the same is hereby amended by adding in and to said Chapter a now section relating to fees for inspecting storage tanks, said Sec- tion to be known as Section 1137, and to read as follows: SECTION 1137. INSPECTION 2EES. Whenever application is made for a permit to install or change the location of any storage tank constructed as provided in this Chapter, the ap- plicant therefor shall pay to the Chief of the Pare Department at the time of making such application the following feel: Nor inspecting the installation or change of loca- tion of any storage tank built above ground or underground an inspection fee of 'p'2.00. SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
