AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AND ESTABLISHING SALARY
INCREASES FOR APPOINTIVE OFFICERS OF SALT LAKE CITY.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. The salaries of appointive officers in the
Department of Parks and Public Property on and after March 1,
1951, shall be not to exceed the amounts as follows:
Per Annum.
(A) Manager of Parks & Public Property $4980.00
(B) Office Manager 3900.00
(C) Chief Clerk 3210.00
(D) Custodian of Joint Building 2910.00
(E) Superintendent pf Wasatch Springs 3780.00
(F) Assistant Superintendent of Wasatch Springs 3390.00
SECTION 2. The salaries of appointive officers in the
Department of Public Affairs and Finance on and after March 1,
1951, shall be not to exceed the amounts as follows:
Per Annum.

SECTION 5. All ordinances of Salt Lake City insofar as
they conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby
amended to that extent but otherwise are to remain in full force
and effect.
SECTION 6. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,

it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitant
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective im-
mediately.
SECTION 7. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
first publication.
