AN ORDINANCE

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the
boundaries of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the
boundaries of Use Districts be, and the same hereby is, amended by
adding in and to said section a new paragraph to be known as Item 72,
as follows:
"ITEM 72.
"The following described real property in Business "B-3"
classification, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby changed
to Commercial "C-1" Classification and the Use District Map is amended
and changed accordingly:
The west 112.0 feet of Lots 3, 4 and 5 and the north
75.0 feet of Lots 6 through 23 and all of Lots 24, 25 and
26 of Block 2, Forest Dale Plat "A", a subdivision of part
of Lot 11, Block 43, Ten Acre Plat "A", Big Field Survey,
located in Salt Lake City, Utah, otherwise described as:
Beginning at a point which is 196.71 feet south and 63.0
feet west of the northeast corner of Block 2, Forest Dale
Plat "A", a subdivision of part of Lot 11, Block 43, Ten
Acre Plat "A", Big Field Survey, located in Salt Lake City,
Utah, thence south 75.0 feet, thence west 663.07 feet,
thence north 75.0 feet, thence east 663.07 feet to the
point of beginning.
"That said Use District Map is hereby changed and altered to
show the said above described tract of land from Business "B-3"
classification to Commercial "C-1" classification."
