AN ORDINANCE VACATING a certain alley running north from 15th South Street behind the properties located at 1478 and 1492 South 2nd West Streets. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That that certain alley running north from 15th South Street behind the properties located at 1478 and 1492 South 2nd West Street, more particularly described as follows, be, and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, alley, avenue or pedestrian way: Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 1, of the Burr Oak Addition, a subdivision of Lot 17, Block 9, Five Acre Plat "A", Big Field Survey; thence west 15.0 feet; thence north 110.5 feet; thence east 15.0 feet; thence south 110.5 feet to the point of beginning. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every descrip- tion now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above des- cribed property; and also subject to the rights of entry thereon, for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them. SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance be effective immediately. SECTION 3.
