Be it ordained by the,Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Chapter 5 of Title 18 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965 as amended, relating to Health Regula- tions titled Meat and Food Inspection-Home Consumption, be, and the same hereby is repealed in its entirety. SECTION 2. That the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965 as amended, hereby ADOPTS as the ordinances, rules, and regula- tions of said city, the Uniform Salt Lake City-County Health Department Revised Ordinance and Code Regulating Food Establishments, 1978 Edition; three copies of which code shall be filed for use and examination by the public in the office of the recorder of Salt Lake City. SECTION 3. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, it is necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately. SECTION 4.
