An ordinance amending and re-enacting Section 2 of an ordinance requiring the payment of licenses by persons, &c, engaged in the business of leasing, renting or otherwise furnishing for hire, elect ie clocks, time pieces, market tickers or tape machines, passed by the City Council June 13, 1910, and approved by the Mayor June 14, 1910. Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Section 2 of an ordinance requiring the paymen' of licenses by persons, &c, engaged in the businesi of leasing, rent ing or otherwise furnishing for hire, electric clocks, time pieces, market tickers or tape machines, passed by the City Cpundil June 13, 1910, and approved by the Mayor Juno 14, 1910, be, .anl the same is hereby amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows: SECTION 2. Persons required to pay a license under the provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance, shall pay to Salt Lake City annually, in advance, the sum of one ($1.00) dollar for each clock or time piece leased, rented or furnished, and two ( 2.00) dollars for each ticker or tape machine leased, rented or furnished. SECTION 2. All ordinances and resolutions or parts of ordinances and resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the exte.t of such conflict. SECTION 3.
