AN ORDINANCE REPEALING Section 1643, Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, 1920, relating to running of street cars,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMIS S IONERS of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION I. That Section 1643, Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, 1920, relating to the running of street cars,
is hereby repealed.
SECTION II. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners
of Salt Lake City, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety
of the inhabitants of said city that this ordinance take effect
immediately.
SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect upon
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
