That that alley or pedestrian way in Upper Yale Park, .a subdivision of part of Bik. 29, 5-Acre Plat "C", Big • L'ield survey, Salt Lake City, Utah, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the southernmost point of Lot 17, Block 1, Upper Yale Part, a subdivision of part of Bik. 29, 6-Acre Plat "0", big Meld survey, running thence South- westerly along Thornton Avenue to the easternmost point of Lot 16, in said block, thence Northwesterly, along the North- eastern side of said Lot 16, 179 feet; thence Sdesteriy along the North side of said Lot 16, 74.71 feet to the Northern- most pptnt of said Lot 16; thence North 16`' 54' 04" ."East 10.17 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 18 in said Block; thence Easterly along the south side of said Lot 18, 76.39 feet; thence Southeasterly along the southwestern side of said Lot 17, 182.20 feet to the place of beginning.
