Lake Jity, Utah:
ui&CTIOiI I. There is hereby created =. new section in Chap-
ter JUIXIII of the kevised Ordinances of salt Lake City, Utah, 1920,
to be known as eection 1348, providing for the licensing of wrest-
ling matches or exhibitions, which seid section shall read as fel-
lows:
NEC'L'ICii 1o4b. It shall be unlawful For any person
to engage in, give, promote or operate any wrestling m teh
or similar athletic ea:hibition without first obtaining a
license so to do.
The license lee for operating a wrestling match
or eahi.bition shall be .;p200.00 .per year, payable in advance,
provided that if ap:)lic-ont desires a license for a ;period
less than one year such license may be issued upon payment
of a license fee of L50.00 for each perJorr:nncs.
;ECTION 2. In the opinion of the foard of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of ealt Lake pity that this ordinance shall take ef::ect Looedietely.
