Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION I. That alley in Block 1, Emerson Heights 2nd Addition, 5-Acre Plat C, Big Field Survey, Salt Lake City, Utah, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the S. Cor. of Lot 22, Block 1, Emerson Heights 2nd Addition, being a subdivision of part of Block 11, 5-Acre Plat C, Lig Field Survey; thence N. 0°11t E. along the west line of alley, 104.97 ft., thence N. 39° 57!
