AN ORDINANCE AME G SECTION 3715 of the Revised Ordi-

nances of Salt Late City tah, 1944, as amended by an ordinance
passed by the Boa d Commissioners on December 18, 1946, relat-
ing to licenses. X
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION I. That Section 3715 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1944, as amended by an ordinance passed by the
Board of Commissioners on December 18, 1946, relating to licenses,
be and the same is hereby further amended by adding in and to said
Section a new paragraph to be known as paragraph (g) which shall
read as follows:
"(g) The additional license fee to operate a vehicle
when such vehicle carries an advertisement other than that
of the business of the owner of such vehicle shall be $5.00."
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
first publication.
