AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 6638 of Chapter LXIV of
the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 19)41, an ordinance
passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, on
the 6th day of November, 1951, and designated as Bill No. 72, re-
lating to the sales of_ice cream.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 6638 of Chapter LXIV of the Re-
Vised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1944, an ordinance passed

by the Board of Commissioners of 'Salt Lake City, Utah, on the 6th
day of November, 1951, and designated as Bill No. 72, relating to
the sales of ice cream, be and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take�'fe. upon its
first publication. '
