AN ORDINANCE VACATING the west half of Block 4, all of Block 5, and all of Block 6, excepting Lots 16, 17 and 18 thereof, of South Salt Lake Subdivision according to the official plat thereof recorded in the office of the Salt Lake County Recorder, together with the public streets and alleys included therein and adjacent thereto, as hereinafter described. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That the west half of Block 4, all of Block 5, and all of Block 6, excepting Lots 16, 17 and 18 thereof, of the South Salt Lake Subdivision according to the official plat thereof recorded in the office of the Salt Lake County Recorder, together with the public streets and alleys included therein and adjacent thereto, more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and those por- tions of the public streets and alleys included therein are declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, alley, avenue or pedestrian way: Beginning at a point which is South 685.0 feet along the Section Line common to Sections 14 and 15 and North 89 degrees 55 minutes 56 seconds East 34.03 feet, more or less, from the Northwest corner of Section 14, T 1 S, R 1 W, S.L.B. & M., said point of beginning also being East 32.45 feet and South 25.0 feet from City Monument at Navajo Street and 14th South Street intersection, said point of beginning also being 8.0 feet north from the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 6, of the South Salt Lake Subdivision, and running thence North 89 degrees 55 minutes 56 seconds East 665.12 feet; thence South 0 degrees 04 minutes 04 seconds East 8.0 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 4, of said South Salt Lake Subdivision; thence North 89 degrees 55 minutes 56 seconds East 128.0 feet; thence North 0 degrees 04 minutes 04 seconds West 8.0 feet; thence North 89 degrees 55 minutes 56 seconds East 11.6 feet; thence South 0 degrees 04 minutes 04 seconds East 602.0 feet; thence South 89 degrees 55 minutes 56 seconds West 678.72 feet; thence North 0 degrees 04 minutes 04 seconds West 99.0 feet; thence South 89 degrees 55 minutes 56 seconds West 126 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 15, Block 6, of said South Salt Lake Subdivision; thence North 0 degrees 04 minutes 04 seconds West, 503.0 feet to the point of beginning. 19 -2- Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way of any and every description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property; and also subject to the rights of entry thereon for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repairing, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
