AN ORDINANCE

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-5-10 subsection (c) of the Zoning Code,
of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to group
buildings in Residential "R-4" Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 51-5-10 subsection (c) of the Zoning Code, of
the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to group
buildings in Residential "R-4" Districts, be,and the same hereby is, amended
by adding two new subsections 2 and 3 to read as follows:
"Sec. 51-5-10. * * *
"(c) * * *
"(2) Off-street parking shall be required on a ration of
12 stalls for each dwelling unit.
"C3) No approval shall be given to a development containing
less than 22 acres."
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
30th day of March, 1965.
