AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the
boundaries of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the
boundaries of Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is, amended by
adding thereto two new paragraphs to be known as Items 86 and 87 as
follows:
"ITEM 86.
"The following described real property in Business 'B-3'
classification, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby changed
to Commercial 'C-11 classification and the Use District Map is
amended and changed accordingly.
All of Lots 1 through 4 and the east 20 feet of Lot 5,
and the east 20 feet of Lot 48 and all of Lots 49 through
52 of Block 1, and all of Lots 1 through 4 and the east
20 feet of Lot 5, and the east 20 feet of Lot 48 and all
of Lots 1 through 4 and the east 20 feet of Lot 5, and
the east 20 feet of Lot 48 and all of Lots 49 through
52 of Block 2, Archer-Kullak Subdivision of Block 45, '
Plat "C", Salt Lake City Survey.
Also the west 26 feet of Lot 4, all of Lots 5 and 6 and
the west 125 feet of Lots 7 through 15 and all of Lots
16 and 17 and the west 26 feet of Lot 18, Block 2,
Franklin Subdivision of Block 46, Plat "C", Salt Lake City
Survey.
Also the south 125 feet of the west 125 feet of Lot 4,
Block 51, Plat "C", Salt Lake City Survey.
ITEM 87.
"The following described real property in Residential 'R-6'

classification, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby changed
to Commercial 'C-1' classification and the Use District Map is
amended and changed accordingly.
All of Lots 1 through 3 and the east 23.5 feet of
Lot 4, the east 23.5 feet of Lots 7 through 15, and
the east 23.5 feet of Lot 18, and all of Lots 19
through 30, Block 2, and all of Block 1, Franklin
Subdivision of Block 46, Plat "C", Salt Lake City �\ rl
Survey.
The south 125 feet of the east 40 feet of Lot 4,
the south 125 feet of the west 132 feet of Lot 3,
and the south 125 feet of the east 132 feet of
Lot 2, and the south 125 feet of Lot 1, Block 51,
Plat "C", Salt Lake City Survey.
"That said Use District Map is hereby changed and altered to
show the said above described tracts of land from Business 'B-3'
and Residential 'R-6' to a Commercial 'C-1' classification."
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 6th day of February, 1969.
