AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12'2 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the
boundaries of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the "use district map" ad adopted by Section
51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, as
amended, relating to fixing the boundaries of Use Districts, be, and
the same hereby is, amended as follows:
"The following described real property in Residential 'R-5'
and Residential 'R-2' Districts, is hereby zoned as Residential
'R-SA' classification and the Use District Map is hereby amended
and changed accordingly: eu�
"R-5" to "R-5A": /Z. Ait.
Commencing at the southeast corner of 6th South and 7th
East Streets, running thence east 2244 feet, more or less,
along the south line of 6th South Street to the west line
of 10th East Street; thence south 1584 feet, more or less,
to the south line of 8th South Street; thence west 363
feet, more or less, to the west line of Lincoln Street;
thence south 660 feet, more or less, along the west line
of Lincoln Street to the north line of 9th South Street;
thence west 1881 feet, more or less, along the north line
of 9th South Street to the east line of 7th East Street;
thence north 2244 feet, more or less, along the east line
of 7th East Street to the point of beginning.
"R-2" to "R-5A":
Commencing at a point 125 feet north of the northeast corner
of Lincoln and 9th South Streets, running thence north along
the east line of Lincoln Street 540 feet, more or less, to
the south line of 8th South Street; thence east 445 feet,
more or less, to the west line of 10th East Street; thence
south 540 feet, more or less, along the west line of 10th
East Street, to a point 125 feet north of 9th South Street;
thence west 445 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect 30 days after its
first publication.
