AN ORDINANCE .
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property herein-
after described within the following described district: Beginning
at Main and South Temple Streets, thence west to Ninth West Street;
thence north to Seoond North Street; thence west to Tenth West Street;
thence north to the north line of Fourth North Street; thence east to
the center line of Third West Street; thence north to the center line
of Ninth North Street; thence east to the center line of Beck Street;
thence along the center line of Beck Street, First West Street, Cent.
Street and Main Street to the place of beginning, in Sidewalk Distrie a
Nos. 20, 21 and 27, for the construction of cement sidewalks.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Equalization and
Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that pur-
pose, of the property in Lots 1 to 12, inclusive, and 19 to 24, in-
clusive, Block 1, Snow Subdivision, Block 69; 1, 4, 6, 7 and 8, Bloc.
69; 2 to 5, inclusive, Block 70; 1 and 8, Block 71; 1 to 52, inclueiv ,
Block 2; 1 to 27, inclusive, Block 1, Langton Park Subdivision, Bleak
76; 1 to 11, inclusive, Taylor&a Subdivision, Block 77; and 1, 2 end
8, Block 77, all in Plat "C", Salt Lake City Survey, abutting on the
south side of Second North Street between Eighth West and Ninth West
Streets; on the north side of Second North Street between Eighth West
and Tenth West Streets; on the east side of Ninth West Street between
First North and Third North Streets; on the west side of Ninth West
Street between Seoond North and Third North Streets; on both sides of
Eighth West Street between First North and Second North Streets; on
the west side of Sixth West Street between First North and Second Nor h
Streets; and on both sides of Chicago Street between Second North and
Third North Streets, in Sidewalk Districts Nos. 20, 21 and. 27, of
Salt Lake City, for the purpose of constructing cement sidewalks upon
said portions of said streets, is hereby confirmed, and the asses4e,
