AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 25-2-3 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to Department of Public
Works.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 25-2-3 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to Department of Public Works,
be, and the same hereby is, amended as follows:
Sec. 25-2-3. Department of Public works. There are hereby
created and established within the Department of Public Works
the following offices, and the Board of Commissioners may appoint
competent officers thereto:
(1) Public Works Director
(2) Transportation Engineer
(3) Superintendent of Streets Maintenance
(4) Airport Engineer
(5) Highway Engineer
(6) Director of Administrative Services
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect 30 days after its
first publication. /
