An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property on both
sides of Dunbar Street between First South and Second South Streets,
in Paving District No. 27, for the purpose of providing for the grad-
ing, guttering and curbing thereof, and constructing cement sidewalks
thereon.
Bee it ordained by the City Council of Sa3t Lake City, Utsh
SECTION 1. 1110 the assessment list made 'Ole the City Treasurer
as corrected, approved and completed by the Boar -of Equalization and
Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Colin1 for that pur-
prim, or the property in Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7?,. and 8, Block 55,
Plat 'Br, Salt Lak# city Survey, abutting on both sides of Dunbar

Street between Firit South and Second South Streets, in Paving Dis-
trict No. 27, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of providing for the
g'rading, guttering and curbing, and constructing cement sidewalks
upon said portion of said street, is hereby confirmed, and the assess-
ments made and returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
