AN ORDINANCE AMENDING the "Wage and Salary Administration Program
for Salt Lake City Corporation Employees," adopted by Bill No. 116 of
1976, July 1, 1976, amending Section 25-4-6(a) of the Revised Ordi-
nances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to salary schedules
adopted.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the "Wage and Salary Administration Program
for Salt Lake City Corporation Employees,' adopted by Bill No. 116
of 1976, July 1, 1976, amending Section 25-4-6(a) of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to salary schedules
adopted, be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding the position of
Water Distribution Valve Operator, Pay Class 109, under the title
covering Operations and Maintenance employees.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City it is necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the
inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective
immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first publi-
cation.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 9th day of December, 1976.
