AN ORDINANCE .
An ordinance oonfirming the assessment upon the property herein-
after described in the territory included between South Temple and
Ninth South Streets, and from the Intercepting Sewer east to Second
West Street, in Sewer District No. 2, for the oonstruotion of sewers.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer ,
as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Equalization and
Review. heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that pur-
pose,of the property in Lots 1, 6, 6, 7 and 8, Block !; 1, 2, 3, 4,
6, 6, 7 and 8, Block 10, all in Plat RAW. Salt Lake City Survey,
abutting on both sides of Eighth South Street between Fourth West andl
Fifth West Streets; on the west Bids of Fourth West Street between
Eighth South and Nintk South Streets; on the south aide of Seventh
South Street between Fourth West and Fifth West Streets; and on the
east side of Fifth West Street between Seventh South and Eighth South
Streets, in Sewer District No. 2, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose
of constructing sewers upon said portions of said streets, is hereby
confirmed. and the assessments made and returned in said oompleted
ilists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
