An ordinance confirming the assessment upon property abutting
on both sides of South Temple street between First and Third West
streets, and on the east side of both Second and Third west streets
between First South and South Temple streets, in Sewnr District
No.l.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt:iTi;kertity, tah:

by the Board of Equalization heretofore duly- appoin*db the'City,

South and South Temple streets, in Sewer Distrietlio,411 dor the
purpose of constructing a sewer upon said portibnu, of Zaist streets,
is hereby confirmed, and that the assessments made and returned in
said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
