Result , AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described within the district bounded.on the north by
the south side of Sunnyside Avenue, on the east by the center line
of Section 9, Township 1 south, Range 1 east, Salt Lake Base.'and
Meridian, on the south by the south side of Yale Avenue, and on the
west by the west side of Thirteenth East Street, in Paving Districts
Nos. 27 and 32, for the purpose of providing for the grading,
curbing and guttering (where curb and gutter or gutter is not
already constructed) , constructing drainage system, installing
water services, and paving pertain streets in said distriots.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Commissioners
of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization and review,
of the property in Lots 26 to 30, inclusive, Block 1; 48 to 56, in-
clusive, Block 2, Douglas Park Second Addition; 11, all in Block
30; 7, 8 and 9, Block 29, in part of Lot 9, Block 29, all in Five
Acre Plat "C", Big Field Survey; 9 to 14, inclusive, Block 13,
Fremont Heights Subdivision, Block 1, Plat "F", Salt Lake City
Survey; 1, 2, 3, 4, 8 and 9, Block 9; 1, 2, 17, 18, and 29 to 51,
inclusive, Block 20; 44, Block 21; 1 to 57, inclusive, and 113 to
133, inclusive, Block 8; 12, and 14 to 28, inclusive, Block 7; 31,

oertain streets in said districts, is hereby confirmed, and the
assessments made and returned in said oompleted lists are hereby
confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day after
its first publication.
