AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE ASSESSLIENT upon the property
hereinafter described on Gilmer Drive between Twelfth and Fourteenth
East street, on Twelfth East street between Ninth South street and
Gilmer Drive, on Thornton Avenue between Gilmer Drive and Fourteenth
East Street, and on Douglas Street between Gilmer Drive and Yale
Avenue, in Sidewalk District No. 40 (Sidewalk i±ctension No. 202),
for the purpose of constructing concrete sidewalks.
