Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION I. That a portion of 9th North Street and Q part of Monroe Avenue in Salt Lake City, Utah, and more particu- larly described as follows: �i I 14 Beginning at the Northeast corner of Block 170, Plat "A", Salt Lake City Survey; thence westerly along the line of the north sides of Blocks 170 and 171 of said Plat A and the north sides of Blocks 109 and 110, Plat "C", Salt Lake City Survey, a distance of 2475.59 feet, to a point on the north side.of said Block 110, said 6 point being 100 feet we Qs+ef the northeast corner of said 3 ) ss block 110; thence northoastc ly along a straight line .-� for a distance of 153.40 feet, more or less, to a point • on the south side of Block 64, Kinney & Gourlayts Improved 4' `,' City Plat of Salt Lake City, said point being 95.28 feet . west of the Southeast corner of said Block 64; thence i "` ``' �- easterly along the line of the south sides of said Block ' rV 64 and Block 63 of said plat, and the south sides of ;y \O \N Blocks 1, 4, 5, 8, 9, and 11, Lake View Subdivision of Salt Lake City, a distance of 2553.50 feet, more or less, to point on the south side of said Block 11 on line with the east side of Block 170, Plat A, Salt Lake City Survey, thence southerly on the line of the east side of said , -4 ;z1.•,•,...
