Burton Fehr Finch Lake Mr.Chairman AN ORDINANCE Result AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1298, Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1920, relating to licenses. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION I. That Section 1298, Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1920, relating to licenses, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 1298. PLUMBERS' LICENSE. BOND. AMOUNT. The yearly license fee for plumbers shall be v$150.00 for said year, or any part thereof, and the license may be issued upon payment of said sum mnd upon giving the bond in the sum of ten thousand ( 10,000.00 dollars, conditioned and subject to the provisions as named in Section 1785, Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1920, as amended. Said bond shall also contain a further condition for the faithful observance of all ordinances, rules and regulations of this city relating to plumbing. It shall be unlawful for any person to lay any ser— vice pipe connected or to be connected with the waterworks sys— tem or to do any kind of plumbing work unless he is licensed and gives bond as herein provided. SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately. -a- ., SECTION 3.
