Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That a portion of Michigan Avenue lying south 1{5�� of Kennedy Drive in Salt Lake City, Utah, more particularly describ- ,23 a- ed as follows: Beginning at a point which is N. 0° 09' 40" W. 33 feet and south 89° 40' E. 435.0 feet from the west 1/4 corner of Section 11, T. 1 S., R. 1 E., S. L. B. & M., thence N. 89° 40' E. 414.22 feet; thence N. 53° 05' W. 24.67 feet; thence easterly around a curve to the-left (having its center N. 36° 551 E. 240 feet) a distance of 299.15 feet; thence south- westerly around a curve to the left (having its center S. e7 34° 301 E. 1270.0 feet) a distance of 18.07 feet; thence S. 89° 40' E. 1393.28 feet to a point which is north 33.0 feet and N. 89° 401 W. 165.50 feet from the center of said Section 11; thence S. 0° 20' W. 66.0 feet; thence N. 89° 40* W. 2053.05 feet; thence N. 0° 20' E. 66.0 feet to beginning; be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be pub- lic property for use as a street, avdnue, alley or pedestrian way.
