AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE 6 of the Salt Lake City Traffic
Code, 1954, relating to the installation and maintenance of traffic
control signals.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Schedule 6 of the Salt Lake City Traffic Code
1954 is amended by adding the following at the end of the schedule:
"A traffic control signal is hereby authorized at the inter-
section of 13th South and 3rd East Streets in Salt Lake City."
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is
necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake
City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
