AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Schedule 2-c, referred to in
Section 117 of the Traffic Code of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to forty miles per hour
speed limit.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Schedule 2-c, referred to in Section 117
of the Traffic Code of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City,
Utah, 1955, relating to 40 miles per hour speed limit, be, and
the same hereby is, amended by adding to said schedule the
following street:
"6th South Street, from 1st West Street to West
Temple Street."
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it
is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 20th day of January, 1965.
