AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the
boundaries of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the boun-
daries of Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding
in and to said section a new paragraph to be known as Item 69 as follows:
"ITEM 69.
"The following described real property in Residential "R-4" Classi-
fication, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby changed to Business
"B-3" Classification and the Use District Map is amended and changed
accordingly:
Commencing at a point in the east line of 5th East Street,
said point being 100 feet north of the northeast corner of 5th
East Street and 17th South Street; thence running along the
North line of the existing business 'B-3' zone East 100 feet,
South 17 feet and East 275 feet, more or less, to the west line
of Park Street; thence North along the west line of Park Street
50 feet; thence West 135 feet; thence North 42 feet; thence
West 94 feet; thence South 60 feet; thence West 146 feet to the
east line of 5th East Street; thence South along the east fine
of 5th East Street 15 feet to the point of beginning, being a
part of Lot 2, Block 14, 5 Acre Plat "A", Big Field Survey.
"That said Use District Map is hereby changed and altered to show
the said above described tract of land from Residential "R-4" Classifi-
cation to Business "B-3" Classification."
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
18th
day of January, 1967.
