Am ordinance amending and re-enacting Section 273 of the Rs-
vised Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1903.
Is it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SDCTION 1. That Section 273 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City of 1003, be, and the same hereby is amended and re-enacted
so as to read as fellows:
SICTION 273. I O AAMOS DISTRICTS. More shall be and
there are hereby established within the limits of Salt Lake
City, two garbage districts, to be known and designated as
Garbage Distriot IS. 1, and Garbage District No. 2.
The bard of iealth is hereby empowered to employ not ex-
seeding thirteen (13) men, each with team and wagon, to remove
garbage from said districts, at an expense not exceeding four-
($4.00) dollars per day each, for every day actually employed
at such work.
DICTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
DICTION 3. This ordinance shall take offset upon approval.
